Not quite. WELLIV is a dry, scalp-focused ritual rather than a traditional wet head spa.

There is no hair washing or water treatment. Instead, the ritual combines gentle fascia care, gua sha and sensory elements designed around rest.

Please arrive with freshly washed, completely dry hair, free from dry shampoo, heavy styling products or scalp oils.

As WELLIV is centred around scalp care rather than hair care, a clean scalp is the best way to begin your ritual.

Come in whatever feels comfortable — spa wear will be provided for your ritual.

A small amount of aromatic scalp care may be used during your ritual, so your hair may feel slightly different afterwards.

If you prefer to minimise product in your hair, simply let us know before we begin.

Your visit begins with a brief Wellness Check-In — a simple moment to see how you’re feeling before your ritual begins.

We’ll review your results together before you leave. The Wellness Check-In is for general wellness purposes and is not a medical assessment or diagnosis.

WELLIV Rituals are not offered during pregnancy.

The Seasonal Foot Soak was created as a gentle transition into deeper rest.

Enjoyed before your main ritual, it gives you a little extra time to settle in, quiet the mind and ease into your WELLIV experience.

Seasonal botanicals complete the soak, followed by a foot mask — so you can leave with softer, smoother feet too.
